Strategic Direction

We work with senior management to devise a business SHEQ strategy and transform your health and safety culture and behaviour. We carry out a gap analysis of your existing approach, compile a new strategy, and provide an action plan to ensure continual improvement. We support with management reviews, target setting, and give monthly presentations focusing on standards and governance. We also help you establish and produce policy and procedures to drive cultural change.

 

Risks & Safe Systems

We carry out risk assessments of your sites and offices to identify any hazards that exist in the working environment. We assess individual work tasks, compile method statements, and communicate these to your workforce. 

 

Inspections & Audits

We offer both routine and bespoke inspections to ensure you are compliant with the latest legislation and have the correct management systems in place. Our experienced consultants are also able to provide deep dive or simple management system audits to ensure you are fully compliant with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.

 

Compliance

As part of our contract with you, we will ensure you don’t get caught out by non-compliance with the latest health, safety and environmental legislation. We provide support with governance and assurance, Acts and regulations, report writing and presentations. In relation to specific legislation, we offer COSHH assessments and materials, and have a proven track record of working with accreditation bodies to implement ISO management systems.

 

Incident Investigation

Our team provides support on incident event investigations, including human factors, witness interviewing, and producing reports/presentations. Our Managing Director, Paul Hughes, is a Principal Investigator and Expert Witness, with extensive experience of working on legal claims, defence with material breaches, court representation and liaising with enforcement authorities.

CDM

As a CDM Principal Designer/Contractor, our Managing Director Paul Hughes offers the specialist service of advising on health and safety risks throughout projects.

We put in place sustainability plans and policies encompassing environmental protection and continuous improvement, spanning training, aspects and impacts assessments, reporting, inspections and audits.
